Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, located in India, and authorised to bind the business for which you create an account. By signing up, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

VyaparGateway is software that helps Indian merchants accept UPI payments for their business. VyaparGateway is a technology platform — not a bank or a financial institution. The actual movement of funds is governed by the separate agreements you have with your bank.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

• VyaparGateway is offered on a subscription basis. Plan details are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
• VyaparGateway charges 0% platform transaction fee on top of your subscription. Standard bank charges, if any, are governed by your separate banking agreement and are not collected by VyaparGateway.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated on the pricing page.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to invoices where applicable.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful business activities permitted under Indian law.
• Provide accurate business details and keep them current.
• Display refund, return, and contact policies clearly on your website or app, as applicable.
• Not resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without a written agreement with us.

VyaparGateway, the VyaparGateway name and logo, and all related software, documentation, and content are owned by VyaparGateway and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business during your active subscription. Information you submit through the Service remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Our free tools — such as the QR code generator and GST calculator — are provided as-is for convenience, do not require an account, and do not store the values you enter on our servers. We may change or discontinue them at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VyaparGateway provides the Service "as is" and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; some interruptions may be caused by systems outside our control.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid to VyaparGateway in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account on reasonable notice for non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. On termination, your access to the Service will end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance by email or an in-dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
