In short: We collect the minimum information needed to run our software for you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models. Customer-side UPI authentication stays inside the customer's payment app and is never seen by us.

- Service usage records generated while you use the dashboard or the Service — for example, order references, amounts, and timestamps.
- Basic technical data from your browser or device, such as IP address and pages visited, for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.
Our free QR code generator and GST calculator run in your browser. We do not transmit the values you enter into them to our servers.
We do not collect or store customer UPI PINs, card numbers, CVVs, netbanking credentials, Aadhaar numbers, or biometric data.

- To keep our platform secure and prevent abuse.
5. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, in line with the "reasonable security practices and procedures" standard under Rule 8 of the Information Technology Rules, 2011. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards that is reasonably required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Indian law. You can request deletion of your account at any time, subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights
